Tailwaters started with a simple question - “What if?“ What if a mountain community was built for mountain locals, by mountain locals. What if it was built based on all the knowledge of the benefits and challenges of a mountain town. Those simple questions sparked a passion project for the team at Saltbox Custom homes, and will benefit the community of Stagecoach Colorado for Generations. Tailwaters will be a mixed use community for local residents of the Stagecoach Springs area, where they will have access to shopping, restaurants and more, along with access to the their natural surroundings, in a location that is scenic and close to Stagecoach Proper.
